I am running mimedefang (2.48) on solaris, through the milter, and have problem with scanning japanese emails, it seems mimedefang strips the japanese mime parts,
I dont know where to start in order for this not to happen, and i am still new to mimedefang, any help is appriciated.

I've been using MIMEDefang (on linux) with japanese emails for a few years at least without any specific problems.
can you provide more specific details of the problem? (and possibly attach a copy of your filter)
