It turns out I can specify "cpanflute2 --installdirs=site", which almost 
gets me what I want. This puts the module under /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl, 
but unfortunately there's no equivalent site-specific alternative for man 
pages, and I get an RPM file conflict for those.

Do we need a site-specific location for Perl man pages? Who do we lobby for 
that? The FHS, Perl, or man people?
