There are local recipients using some (I don't know what particular) version of Outlook, who claim that they cannot access the link in the Warning.
The cause is simple: Outlook does not make the URL clickable.
You could copy'n'paste the URL into a browser, but that's too much effort (or lack of knowledge or whatever).
