There must be something I'm overlooking, otherwise this would be too
easy;

/etc/mail/relaydomains:
our.domain
someother.domain

/etc/mail/access:
localhost.localdomain           RELAY
localhost                       RELAY
127.0.0.1                       RELAY
10.192.12                       RELAY
10.192.13                       RELAY
10.192.14                       RELAY
10.192.16                       RELAY
10.192.17                       RELAY
10.192.64                       RELAY

This allows relaying fo mail either cooming from one of the subnets
defined in /etc/mail/access or addressed to one of the domains in
/etc/mail/relaydomains - seems to be exactly what you're looking for.

Bye, Martin
