"The outbound mail filter has detected and held an encrypted transmission and would like to recommend that you unencrypt sensitive information so that it may be properly scanned against the email policies of this organization."

The irony is that a company under HIPAA is supposed to make sure data is secure. No wonder that this kind of policy would work against that goal.
talk about a Catch-22.
