You don't. You leave it to the basian filter.. Blocking by keywords is a horribly inaccurate thing to do.
Let's say I wanted to make a joke about viagra. Or talk about donkey's, commonly referred to as asses. Or maybe you don't write the filter carefully enough and your report on company assets is blocked?
