Are you using the latest version of MIME::Tools? M$ Outlook sometimes incorrectly encodes PDF files as quoted-printable, and they can break when they are re-encoded using old MIME::Tools versions. > When I test it to myself the attachments are perfect - no matter how > many times I try.
