I use MIMEDefang to enforce security classification rules. I added a function
to check a user list and allowed classification tags against the embedded
tags in the message. If the user is allowed the message it gets delivered 
otherwise the user is dropped from the addressee list and various folks are 
sent 
a notification of the event.
Works very well unless there is a large PowerPoint or binary attachment.
