NOTE: You'll want to place your bayesian database and auto-whitelist somewhere else as noted by Bill Curtis!
I keep my bayes database on the ramdisk. My init scripts copy the db to disk on shutdown, and copy into ramdisk on startup. Sendmail is restarted every night for log rotation so worst case i'd lose a day of Bayes if the server crashed. Since SA is nailing bayes db on every message, i figured it can't hurt to have it on the ramdisk as well.
