You're not installing from ports. To install from ports da as I said
before:
cd into /usr/ports/mail/ and then run "make; make install clean"
radius# cd /usr/ports/mail/mimedefang
radius# ls -l
total 18

-rw-r--r-- 1 nobody wheel 103 Feb 11 00:52 distinfo
