Yeah, my wife was freaked out when she got one claiming to be from an ancient Geocities account she hasn't touched since Yahoo bought them. Admittedly it was the same username as her current address, but still very odd, especially since it's an extremely uncommon name.

I've received at least one of these "from" my personal email address with ".br" tacked onto the end, so I figured they might be taking the target address and replacing the domain name. But if they're correlating the full names too, that *is* disturbing.
