I noticed this on our mail gateway:

(the xxxx and yyyy are mine to conceal the addresses from spammers)

This is a genuine message; I have corresponded with the sender with no
problem, via the same gateway.

Is there anything I can do to let it through short of temporarily
reconfiguring sendmail to not use the mimedefang milter?

If it makes any difference, the mail is almost certainly in Swedish.
