SpamAssassin has several rules with names beginning in HTML_IMAGE_ONLY. You
might consider commenting out the
action_delete_header("X-Spam-Score");
line in your filter so that the header containing matched SA rules is always
displayed, regardless of the score. You can then manually increase the score on
those rules.
