I think you meant "dnl" instead of "dln" :)
Next time, it's worth running your sendmail.mc through a "grep -v
'^dnl'" first, to trim out all the comments. That would have cut the
file you posted down from 168 lines to 36 and made spotting problems a
*lot* easier.
