$4800/year would be too much for us (mid-sized university)....i'd have
trouble explaining to my boss what it even was, haha. $1500-$2000/year
would be more in line with what we'd pay.
Of course with Hurricane Katrina and a $1-billion state deficit, i doubt
we could buy it either way. :)
