Mathew, You can do all of that with Graphdefang, which should be in the contrib directory of MIMEDefang. I haven't checked to see if it's still included, but it used to be. not sure if this is exactly what you want, since it won't use your script, but it should produce semi-real-time-graph-monitoring.
