I'm currently using the Clam RPM from Fedora Extras, and it requires some
additional configuration to run distinct clamd services for each client. So
I had to create a specific instance for MD. Ideally the instance files
would be packaged in their own RPM. Ideally these files would be a
subpackage of the Extras SRPM, and don't require MD to be present at build
time, as they're just scripts and config files and a couple of symlinks.
