Nothing. Those that want to inspect those macro's, will already use
the mimedefang -a option to add more macro's, and retrieve those at the
appropriate moment... which is likely the MAIL From phase, not the HELO
phase (it's not even guaranteed those are set when you get to the HELO
stage, most mailers say HELO first and then use STARTTLS).
