Ken,
I recently upgraded my Solaris 9 machine to perl 5.8.8, mimedefang 2.56
and SpamAssassin 3.1.1 with no problems.
Well I did not really do an upgrade, I installed fresh versions of all
software plus all the perl modules.....

I'm currently running MD 2.56 under perl 5.8.0, and am considering updating
the perl to 5.8.6. Does anyone have any concerns with that version of perl?
