Hi everyone,
In order to cut back on bounces, double bounces and the like, I'd like
to use MimeDefang on our secondary MX-es too. We've now got a nice
filter_recipient that does a forward check. But we only queue on our
backup MX-es, without filtering.
There are command-line switches to tell mimedefang whether you want to
call filter_recipient, filter_helo etc. - but there's no switch (that I
could find) for disabling the main mimedefang functionality. Replacing
all other filter subroutines with 'return' might work but would incur
quite a bit of overhead.
Do you have any suggestions on disabling mimedefang (except for
filter_recipient)? Would this be a usefull feature?
Regards, Paul Boven.
