Follow-up:
I see the following just by searching for 1545453 my maillog and found 7
hits with one saying something about Hotline Virus which had me intrigued
but I can't find any more out.

at some of our servers we're getting lots of these weird emails. the
subject line is some 3-digit number and the body is another 3-digit number
inside some html, like this:
<html><body>
969
<br>
</body></html>
Have anyone else seen this? any ideas on what can they be?
