I believe that the mailertable is called by delivery agent when it
delivers email. Mimedefang is running as a milter and should be called
before email is relayed.

I found two problems I had with my set up here.
One - I uncommented the MX_RECIPIENT_CHECKS in sysconfig but did change it
from "no" to "yes"
Two - I did a reload instead of a restart. Restart fixed it.
All is working now.
