I doubt that also. I just can't figure out where they are coming from. I have added logging on both sides to try and track this down. I have received 76 messages today and rejected 57,991 with md_check_against.

I don't see how that's possible.  The rejection should happen at RCPT
time, before the message body has even been sent.  So how can a
"carefully crafted" message make any difference?  (Unless the
recipient address is carefully crafted to trigger a bug in CGP, but
I doubt that.)
