md_graphdefang_log (by default) loops over all of @Recipients, which
is why it looks like the test is being done for each recipient. It's
not. The *logging* is done for each recipient.
Thanks, this makes perfect sense. I now see the clearly documented
enum_recips option for the md_graphdefang_log_enable function.
