you?  (Not one connection from anywhere every 5 minutes)

For those of us that get a lot of mail that sounds like an insane restriction. Even if you don't have users on mail lists, here's a likely scenario: someone sends you (or your boss) an important message with a mistake, realizes it and sends the corrected version immediately. You receive the mistake, block the correction, and the revised version gets queued till tomorrow while you are acting on incorrect information.
