Yes, if you install a Windows X server - the free cygwin one will work.
However, if you do much linux work, I'd recommend something slightly
different. Pick a linux box near the servers - perhaps one where you do
testing and development and install the 'freenx' package. Then install
the NX client from www.nomachine.com on your windows desktop(s). This
lets you run a complete Linux GUI desktop remotely in what appears to
windows as a normal window so you get cut/paste between systems, etc.
Besides being easier to install than most windows X packages, this also
lets you disconnect the session and pick it up with everything still
running, perhaps from a different client, and it is very efficient over
low bandwidth connections.
