No, it hasn't, and it will never be implemented because Postfix does not
generate the Queue-ID until the first RCPT: command. :(
If not, I'd like to request my patch to pass the port #, etc. be
included as a provisional work-around.

Obviously generating the Queue-ID and not having to special case individual
variables is the cleaner, more flexible solution.
What about asking Weitse to modify Postix?
I haven't had to bang on Postfix in about 11 years, but as I remember Weitse
was usually pretty reasonable.
