It is at http://search.cpan.org/~dskoll/MIME-tools-5.502/ (though the CPAN mirrors are still synchronizing, so give it some time if you get a 404 error...) Anyone running MIME::tools 5.500 or 5.501 should upgrade to 5.502 as soon as possible.
