What version of exchange are you running (if any)?

We came up with the exact solution for this problem last summer though
I've still never had time to publish it all. Here was the rough mock-up
by our programmer and technician.

We used the Spam Confidence Level to move the emails into junk folders
and we set it up to remove them after 90 days.
