Hi,

running V2.71
Does md_syslog handle the file-locking for the logfile it writes to? I intend to use syslog facility local3 and in /etc/syslog.conf point local3 to a MD specific logfile (not the standard /var/log/syslog file). I wonder whether I need to worry about locking in this case, or just let MD / syslog take care of that?
