But if he wants to remove all references to the recipients he wants to exclude, 
he'll have to process the headers too.  However, removal of the headers 
outright isn't the way to do that.  Such could delete other listed recipients' 
original mailboxes and if his removed mailbox is the only one, some trace 
headers as well.  It could leave the message in a state that violates the SMTP 
standards (e.g. removing "to" and "cc", leaving no destination header).
