So, back to where we started. What will be in that generated Message-ID?
Would my mail host's name, the one that received the message, be in it?

Are you sure?
spam_assassin_mail() calls gen_msgid_header().
Ah... apparently I was wrong.
I think that's a bug. I'm going to delete that line.
