Anyone know or have a vague idea of how to create an MP3 stream so
that Winamp or iTunes or my SqueezeBox can connect to it?

I've been working on the SlimProto TCP Protocol, but it is pointless
if I don't have a MP3 stream for it to connect to. The protocol is
just used to control the the SqueezeBox and instruct it to connect to
a URL where it is supposed to find a MP3 steam, such as at
http://192.168.0.5:9000/stream.mp3.

I'm used to the typical request and response in a web application.
How is a stream response different?
