POM validation fails for mina-filter-compression

When using the mina-filter-compression dependency in another maven2 project,
maven complains that the pom validation fails.
The pom for mina-filter-compression refers to the jzlib jar. This dependency
is a local system dependency. When maven tries to wire up dependencies for my
project, it is unable to resolve the jzlib dependency.
The jzlib jar is now available on the online maven repository.
