You want to expose smtp/imap/pop3 via SOAP? I recommend http:// xfire.codehaus.org as a SOAP stack, to expose your services. That can be used with http://asyncweb.safehaus.org/, which is a MINA-based HTTP server if you want to leverage MINA.
