As we discussed in the mailing list, we're going to propose the MINA TLP
proposal to the ASF board. Before the proposal, we have to choose the
chairman for the new TLP. The chairman will interact with the ASF board to
take care of administrative jobs to keep the project maintaining healthy
community. We have two candidates:

[x] Trustin Lee
For the sheer passion and dedication he shows towards making a truly
useful framework. I think Trustin's the man for the job when it comes
to taking MINA into the future. Of course, there has been excellent
support from all the committers in recent times. Kudos to all of them.
