Dear all,
In my opinion, MINA is at least as fast as Netty, otherwise I would not
replace Netty with MINA. I also tested with QuickServer
http://sourceforge.net/projects/quickserver/, but QuickServer is much
slower than MINA or Netty. However, QuickServer is maybe a nice example
of how documentation could be created. They have created a nice document
for developing and setting up a server.
Best Regards
Martin

I agree with you that SumUp example is too complex for beginners. :)
MINA should improve the performance further than Netty due to its architectural
dufference. Please let me know if there's any case that Netty outperformed
MINA.
Again, thank you for your contribution!
Example of an XML server and Client.

Key: DIRMINA-258
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRMINA-258
Project: Directory MINA
Issue Type: New Feature
Reporter: Martin Helmhout
Priority: Minor
Attachments: MINA_XMLServer.zip, MINA_XMLServer.zip, XMLserver095.zip
The attachment contains an example of an XML Server + client and should help
start people building their server quickly.
Because an XML server was not in the examples, I created quickly something for
myself, but want others to also get the fruits and make them better if possible.
