Threading in the MinaTutorial

A request:  Would someone update the Thread Model section in the 
MinaTutorial?

The classes mentioned in the documentation, IoThreadPoolFilter and 
ProtocolThreadPoolFilter, no longer seem to exist in mina-1.0, and it's 
not clear what should replace them :-(
