Carrying this a step further, I did a more comprehensive search for sites, papers, etc. critical of Scientology and ... for gods' sakes there has to be a thousand times the energy being spent on denouncing, exposing and criticizing Scientology than Scientology ever wasted, misspent and fraudulently misappropriated in and of itself. What a massive waste of human energy, effort and talent.
How can something so transparently phony on it's face passionately engage so many people in both prosecuting and defending it's farce? But then I suppose it's no more so than many other things which enmesh and entrap the human spirit. I note here that none of these are any more or less that what we have created ourselves. Whatever criticisms hurled they are all rooted in their human creators. What is this thing unnamed with which we so adroitly tear ourselves apart?
