Sorry Pat, but your contention that everything is always just as it should be sounds a bit Panglossian to me, far more so than I've been at times. However, what I meant was that I believe Obama is the one who will lead this world to a greater global peace and prosperity than we've experienced heretofore. Not ultimate peace and prosperity, mind you, just a greater peace and prosperity than we have had before in history -- notwithstanding that one week back in 1974 when there were no active wars anywhere on the globe.
