It has nothing to do with sexual assault, not implied or inferred. I don't know how you can go out on such a stretch, touching is not sexual assault. It actually has to do with fran picking up on my comment to June, our new member, about needing more bright minds, and turning it into a reference to the brights movement, which was clever. I followed up with what is a "rib" to fran in my comment to Molly and actually used the word touch which Molly used and offered a possible "frantonian interpretation". I doubt fran would have interpreted Molly's comment in the way you did. It's not that big of a deal so have it your way.
