Me? No, I'd be a lousy torturer. I'm not the guy to order it done either. I would, however, call my friends and relatives in NYC and tell them to get the heck out of Dodge and don't waste time asking questions.
I would fully support the decision of the person that decided to torture the guy. If there is no doubt as to his culpability I would have no problem supporting a full effort to gain swift info from him. Something that would be more effective that I could never support or condone would be the capture and torture of his family. Most effective if he has many children because you can go through them one by one. Sheesh, thinking about it makes me ill. I'd rather hope the bomb was a dud.
