Juryteam was launched in the UK today (you can google for details). The idea is that candidates will be fielded and supported after being selected without the interference of any political parties. I have long believed we need to break party-politics - the obvious problem being how to replace it with either a lesser evil or something actually good. In the UK we need a government of men and women in white suits prepared to abdicate after a short time of constitutional reform - not crass dross about proportional representation but something modern about a sea change in society and a war against bureaucracy and the inevitable iron cage of party politics. Current politics is so dull they kill off interest before anyone can start to be interesting - a typical bureaucratic-leadership strategy.
I will no doubt be an MEP soon and able to send round my adjutants (oops - I mean 'researchers') to sort you and your problems out by ensuring you are persuaded to vote for me in perpetuity, thus preventing the real problem you need to avoid in being on those lists of those in need of re-education because they did not vote for my policies, or directly for me in person at future non-election days after my personality cult has become all anyone would ever need. We are a non-racist organisation and even the French are entitled to vote for me - indeed, this is obligatory for French people passing through North-West England in polling times. Seriously, I've paid my five quid. You joined up yet Lee - or are you still planning a coup with members of the Pipe-Smoking Club? Euro MPs are surely so useless that we can't be accused of getting people to waste votes in electing us to do jack all. Maybe we could all join and have a slogan competition - our American friends need not feel left out, their votes will surely count in most of the Eastern Block now part of the EU. One in both eyes to New Labour! **** New Labour and **** the Tories as even worse! Tories so bad we won't even vote for them ahead of Mugabe and Blair! Show sense, screw the sleaze-mongers! Vote for an American - they're less likely to be CIA than New Labour! Vote for me - I already have my own brown envelopes and don't accept them from strangers. No one offering them to me could ever be a friend. Only computers should be allowed to vote for machine politicians. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups ""Minds Eye"" group.
