China is th next Colonial power on the horizon, judging by the extent of world assets it has bought and continues to buy in different continents - Africa, Latin America. They seeks to repeat the same history, this time with itself on top. There is little intent at learning from world history, and evolving in the cause of universal humanity. It only wishes to carry on with Chinese history, tweaking right the wrongs it has suffered in past, and others be damned.
