I think the holocaust is one of the most heinous of atrocities ever carried out by humanity upon humanity. As I had pointed out elsewhere, nothing has change in millions of years. We still sit by a fire and wonder what we are doing here, what is life all about, where did we come from and where are we going. Still there is no religion, philosophy or deity that has provided any answer. How long will we continue with our sickening self predation?
