maybe the question you are asking is more 'why am i here?'. i think most of the responses so far have dealt with the daily purposes of human exisitance, whereas my interpretation of your question has more to do with the spiritual reason for being on earth. if our spirits are part of 'god', what is the value of making us flesh and bones, to abide with pain and death, etc. i have one simple answer to this question..."i have NO idea". i feel that our main purpose in life should to be to find our spirit, communicate with it, polish it and make it sooooooooo bright that it doesnt have to come back here to hell....oooops, i mean earth (the puzzling 'testing station' as i call it).
