what is an astral body? i realize that in the early stages of astral projection one can supposedly look down and see their body, but what form does the one doing the looking have? when i astral projected there were no forms, no bodies, nothing human or physical...i think astral projection comes from years of paying attention to spirit, and thus enables ones spirit to take the occasional journey ... but my concept about spirit is that is has no form, and imo the astral body is the spirit...now, can the spirit of your body go and kiss your aunt? i have no idea about this...send me her picture and if i like it, i'll try ;-^)
