My problem with the old testament is it seems to be just a story nothing more and one though parts of it are interesting thoughts. The stories that are told and what is showing up in archeology is a totally different story. I see the story of creation as a fantastic explanation to scientifically uneducated people, it is actually a quite accurate explanation of the big bang theory if you forget the time line. which to me is totally amazing and raised many questions. but it is severely lacking in accuracy.
