There is a riot of an article in today's NYTimes Magazine on a new
craze in Japan for males to acquire pillow dolls-2-D- and create a
complete relationship with them- from dining partners to the boudoir.
Soft robots will be here soon, I'm sure. The dolls resemble young
girls which eliminate the wasted time trying to tame/train a mate and
eventual costs of divorce, etc.
