Enough for what? You need to be specific. What if a person has the

Africa? Or building a private rocket to give people a chance to go in
orbit? Or just a yacht to sail the world and experience it? You

It is not limited to "needed to live"! It must entail a person's
dreams and ambitions, which you have no say about, unless you can show
